Family Law:
Family Law is the body of law dealing with marriage, divorce, adoption, child custody, child and spousal support, property settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, protective orders, abuse and neglect of children, children in need of services, and other domestic relations issues. We are available to assist you with all family matters that may arise. We offer comprehensive legal services in this area of law, with a focus on child-centered solutions.

Criminal Law:
Criminal Law includes all that is involved in "the administration of justice." We are available to assist you with criminal defense in misdemeanor and felony matters, from the time you are charged, through all steps of the trial process. We have a specific interest in assisting juvenile offenders.

Wills:
We can assist you in the preparation of your last will and testament, in order for you to be able to direct the manner in which your estate will be distributed upon your death. We will also prepare ancillary documents such as Power of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directive and Living Wills. Complex trust matters will be referred to outside counsel.

School/Education Law:
We are committed to the principal that all children are entitled to a free appropriate public education, and are ready to assist you /your child with achieving this goal.
